Vibrancy
Created “Every Friday/Every Thursday”, 2021/2022 - a business activation and incubation of music and arts program resulting in an average increase in sales of 20%.
Facilitating programming at world famous Serpentine music, art, and cultural Pavilion adding color to buildings, including mural programs

Collaboration
Created Team Carabiner: SJDA, SJSU, SJPD, City Hall, Google, Guadalupe River Conservancy, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Mezcal, Museum of Art, Team San Jose, SPUR, (2021)
Established San Jose SHIP kits in 2020 ($1M raised, 2.2 million pounds of produce distributed creating over 2 million meals to San Jose residents/children), donated 3,000+ gallons of hand sanitizer, donated 3,000 pairs of pajamas during the holidays, creating a vaccination center in the heart of downtown – provided 1,100 shots.

Successfully pushed for the re-establishment of the downtown walking patrol, July 2022

Helping to facilitate Big Belly garbage bin pilot project development
