The new normal has been established and with each passing day, we are all adapting ourselves to it. Offices are slowly opening with hybrid working models, permanent remote models, and work from home/anywhere models. Businesses are recovering and building back their revenue, and cities as a whole are recovering.

Since our inception in 2021, we have worked with many downtown businesses, properties, and organizations to create collaborations and work on initiatives that help transform downtown San Jose. We are currently partnering with San Jose State University (SJSU), one of the most transformative universities in the world, to bring about positive changes in the city.
We are happy to be a part of the world's most innovative city, San Jose. We are working every day to give back to the community, strengthen it and make it the best place to live in.
The main goal of the Urban Vibrancy Institute (UVI) is to bring awareness and support to the downtown community. We work to help promote downtown events, local businesses and to create collaborative, clean, and safe areas for downtown San Jose. In addition to building and strengthening the community, we are also working towards revitalizing Downtown San Jose’s vibrant nightlife.
